Easter Eggs

We got into the Easter spirit this evening with egg dying! Check out Keanu's creations.

This is where you put the egg.

And little sisters like to watch, too.

But then it gets boring because Mommy doesn't let me do much. Reading is a better option.

After the eggs are dry, you put the stickers on them.

And then put them on the counter to admire them. Oops, I guess one hatched! (Don't you love how the stickers are arranged in lines and each egg has its own color of stickers? Did you also notice that the green one with the yellow sun stickers is on the base with the yellow sun, )

We might do this again next week - it was so fun!

Toddler talk

Kate's getting so big and loves to copy everything her brother does. Because she's got a bit brother, she's also exposed to quite a few cartoons that Keanu didn't see at her age (at least as far as I know!) Can you figure out these cartoon characters? I should really record her voice saying them because it's so cute!

Keanu: (eyeing a package of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on the counter) Mommy, what is that?
Me: I don't know, I can't see it. What color is it?
Keanu: The organge and yellow one.
Me: I'm not sure. Bring it over here.
Keanu: OK ... What is it?
Me: Ohhh, that's Mommy's medicine.
Keanu: Nooo, I think it's chocolate.

Man, you can't get anything by that kid!
